English | June 19, 2023 | ISBN: 3110794802 | 338 pages | MOBI | 4.11 Mb
Analytical Chemistry is important and applied, experimental field of science that employs different instruments, and methods for the collection, separation, identification, and quantification of various organic, inorganic, and biological molecules. This interdisciplinary branch is based not only on chemistry but also on other disciplines such as biology, physics, pharmaceutical, and many areas of technology. The book is organized into six sections and provides information pertinent to the important techniques, and methods employed in analytical chemistry. It covers the basic concepts of qualitative and quantitative analysis, spectrochemical methods of analysis, along with thermal- and electroanalytical methods. Qualitative analysis identifies analytes, while quantitative analysis determines the concentration or numerical amount of the molecules under study. This book also exposes students to the different laws of spectroscopy, and various electronic transitions that occur in the different regions of the electromagnetic spectra. The main objective of this work is to develop an understanding and make learners familiar with the basic analytical methods employed in the chemical analysis of various compounds.

Analytical Techniques of Celestial Mechanics
Free Download Analytical Techniques of Celestial Mechanics by Victor A. Brumberg
English | PDF | 1995 | 243 Pages | ISBN : 3642794564 | 17.5 MB
The aim of this book is to describe contemporary analytical and semi analytical techniques for solving typical celestial-mechanics problems. The word "techniques" is used here as a term intermediate between "methods" and "recipes". One often conceives some method of solution of a problem as a general mathematical tool, while not taking much care with its computa tional realization. On the other hand, the word "recipes" may nowadays be understood in the sense of the well-known book Numerical Recipes (Press et al. , 1992), where it means both algorithms and their specific program realiza tion in Fortran, C or Pascal. Analytical recipes imply the use of some general or specialized computer algebra system (CAS). The number of different CAS currently employed in celestial mechanics is too large to specify just a few of the most preferable systems. Besides, it seems reasonable not to mix the essence of any algorithm with its particular program implementation. For these reasons, the analytical techniques of this book are to be regarded as algorithms to be implemented in different ways depending on the hardware and software available. The book was preceded by Analytical Algorithms of Celestial Mechanics by the same author, published in Russian in 1980. In spite of there being much common between these books, the present one is in fact a new mono graph.

Strongly Nonlinear Oscillators Analytical Solutions (2024)
Free Download Strongly Nonlinear Oscillators: Analytical Solutions by Livija Cveticanin
English | PDF (True) | 2014 | 241 Pages | ISBN : 3319052713 | 6.4 MB
This book provides the presentation of the motion of pure nonlinear oscillatory systems and various solution procedures which give the approximate solutions of the strong nonlinear oscillator equations. The book presents the original author's method for the analytical solution procedure of the pure nonlinear oscillator system. After an introduction, the physical explanation of the pure nonlinearity and of the pure nonlinear oscillator is given. The analytical solution for free and forced vibrations of the one-degree-of-freedom strong nonlinear system with constant and time variable parameter is considered. Special attention is given to the one and two mass oscillatory systems with two-degrees-of-freedom. The criteria for the deterministic chaos in ideal and non-ideal pure nonlinear oscillators are derived analytically. The method for suppressing chaos is developed. Important problems are discussed in didactic exercises. The book is self-consistent and suitable as a textbook for students and also for professionals and engineers who apply these techniques to the field of nonlinear oscillations.

Analytical Development Economics The Less Developed Economy Revisited
Free Download Analytical Development Economics: The Less Developed Economy Revisited By Kaushik Basu
1997 | 366 Pages | ISBN: 0262024233 | PDF | 13 MB
Virtually all industrialized nations have annual per capita incomes greater than $15,000; meanwhile, over three billion people, more than half the worlds population, live in countries with per capita incomes of less than $700. Development economics studies the economies of such countries and the problems they face, including poverty, chronic underemployment, low wages, rampant inflation, and oppressive international debt. In the past two decades, the international debt crisis, the rise of endogenous growth theory, and the tremendous success of some Asian economies have generated renewed interest in development economics, and the field has grown and changed dramatically.Although Analytical Development Economics deals with theoretical development economics, it is closely grounded in reality. The author draws on a wide range of evidence, including some gathered by himself in the village of Nawadih in the state of Bihar, India, where-in huts and fields, and in front of the village tea stall-he talked with landlords, tenants, moneylenders, and landless laborers. The author presents theoretical results in such a way that those doing empirical work can go out and test the theories. The book is a revision of Basu's The Less Developed Economy: A Critique of Contemporary Theory (Blackwell, 1984). The new edition, which has several new chapters and sections, incorporates recent theoretical advances in its comprehensive, up-to-date treatment of the subject. It is intended primarily as a textbook for a one-semester graduate course, but will also be of interest to researchers in economic development and to policymakers.
