Die Autoren zeigen, dass bei über 75% der befragten Personen ein Flatrate-Bias vorliegt und dass der Rechnungsbetrag im Falle eines Flatrate-Bias um 35% höher ausfällt als im eigentlich günstigsten Tarif.
