Als Lösungsvorschläge wurden genannt: Flexibilisierungen am Arbeitsmarkt, Ausgestaltung der Sozialleistungen im Zusammenhang mit Arbeitslosigkeit als Hilfen zur Arbeitsaufnahme, Qualifizierung von Arbeitnehmern sowie auch gesteuerte Zuwanderung statt Abschottung der Märkte. |
