Sexuelle Vielfalt – Gegenstand staatlicher Erziehung Grund und Grenzen der Sexualpädagogik in der staatlichen Schule
Free Download Sexuelle Vielfalt - Gegenstand staatlicher Erziehung?: Grund und Grenzen der Sexualpädagogik in der staatlichen Schule By Uhle, Arnd
2016 | 170 Pages | ISBN: 3428149203 | PDF | 1 MB
Sexual diversity education is controversially discussed in the public. However, what is lacking in the public discussion is a general framework at state schools where this education approach fits in. This analysis of the current situation inspired the authors of the contributions to this anthology to deal with sexual diversity as part of state education in schools and to analyse cause and justification of sex education in schools, the demands made on it and also where to draw clear lines in terms of pedagogical justification and constitutional law from the perspective of different disciplines. The authors turn their attention to the question whether sexual diversity education in terms of intention and practical action remains within the existing limits.

Sexual Science The Victorian Construction of Womanhood
Free Download Sexual Science: The Victorian Construction of Womanhood by Cynthia Eagle Russett
English | April 10, 1989 | ISBN: 067480290X, 0674802918 | True EPUB | 256 pages | 0.8 MB
One scarcely knows whether to laugh or cry. The spectacle presented, in Cynthia Russett's splendid book, of nineteenth-century white male scientists and thinkers earnestly trying to prove women inferior to men-thereby providing, along with "savages" and "idiots," an evolutionary buffer between men and animals-is by turns appalling, amusing, and saddening. Surveying the work of real scientists as well as the products of more dubious minds, Russett has produced a learned yet immensely enjoyable chapter in the annals of human folly.

Several Complex Variables III Geometric Function Theory
Free Download Several Complex Variables III: Geometric Function Theory by G. M. Khenkin
English | PDF | 1989 | 265 Pages | ISBN : 3642647855 | 48.9 MB
We consider the basic problems, notions and facts in the theory of entire functions of several variables, i. e. functions J(z) holomorphic in the entire n space 1 the zero set of an entire function is not discrete and therefore one has no analogue of a tool such as the canonical Weierstrass product, which is fundamental in the case n = 1. Second, for n> 1 there exist several different natural ways of exhausting the space.

Service Opportunities for Electric Utilities Creating Differentiated Products
Free Download Service Opportunities for Electric Utilities: Creating Differentiated Products by Shmuel S. Oren, Stephen A. Smith
English | PDF | 1993 | 341 Pages | ISBN : 0792393198 | 23.1 MB
This monograph is the proceedings of a symposium held at the University of California at Berkeley, September 12-14, 1990. It was sponsored by the Electric Power Research Institute (EPR!) and by the University of California University-Wide Energy Research Group (UERG). The sympo sium brought together researchers and practitioners from academia, the utility industry, private and public organizations and regulatory agencies to address various challenges and opportunities related to product differen tiation in the electric power industry. Electric utilities are evolving rapidly from commodity-oriented services to product-oriented services. Utilities are offering menus of service options tailored to the needs of different customers. Reliability is one important dimension of electric service that lends itself to such product differentia tion., Options include lower rate curtail able services for industrial cus tomers, higher reliability power for some commercial customers, and load control with rebates for residential customers., These specialized services are a first step toward the product differentiation goal of allowing all customers to choose the type of service best suited to their electricity needs. The symposium provided a forum for in depth examination of the complex planning, development, and implementation issues associated with differ entiated products. Its specific objectives were to: xviii * Review the state of the art in implementing reliability differ entiated electric services. * Address the entire process for developing and implementing reliability differentiated product menus including research, design, marketing, implementation, and evaluation. * Consider technical, economic, and regulatory barriers to imple menting reliabilitydifferentiated product design.

Service Innovation and Management Digitalization, Service Infusion and Customer Experience
Free Download Service Innovation and Management: Digitalization, Service Infusion and Customer Experience by Lars Witell
english | PDF EPUB (True) | 2025 | 191 Pages | ISBN : 3031765591 | 7.6 MB
This book investigates how digitalization and service infusion are changing service provision and the customer experience. It highlights the central role of service management and service innovation in making these changes not only appear in theory but also implementing them in business practice. At the beginning of the 21st century, many manufacturing firms struggled to exploit the financial potential of service businesses, a phenomenon described as the service paradox. While many manufacturing firms are still struggling with this paradox, several firms (both service and manufacturing firms) are simultaneously struggling with digitalization. This phenomenon can be viewed as the digitalization paradox, i.e., as a situation in which companies invest in digitalization but struggle to reach the expected revenue growth. By applying the lens of service innovation to digitalization and service infusion, the book showcases how firms can overcome the service and digitalization paradoxes, transform service provision, and improve the customer experience. It offers comprehensive coverage, blending literature reviews, conceptualizations, empirical illustrations, and case studies to offer a multifaceted perspective on corporate strategies, illuminating pathways to address the challenges posed by the service and digitalization paradoxes.
