Because students learn with their brains, it simply makes sense for teachers to explore educational psychology and neuroscience. And yet, information in these fields can be daunting and contradictory. Worse still, few researchers can clearly explain the specific classroom uses of their remarkable discoveries. ![]() Free Download Learn Generative AI with PyTorch, Video Edition .MP4, AVC, 1280x720, 30 fps | English, AAC, 2 Ch | 12h 57m | 2.19 GB Instructor: Mark Liu ![]() Free Download Dr. Crystal Wyche Ed.D., "Leading Relationships in Education" English | ISBN: 1667864742 | 2022 | 116 pages | EPUB | 743 KB Educational leadership is the process of enlisting and guiding the talents and energies of everyone including teachers, students, and parents toward achieving common educational goals. Against traditional working norms educators are challenged to transition amid a pandemic; unequipped with resources needed transcend with technology use in their work roles. This book answers questions amongst thousands of employees who seek to understand how to create relationships that will lead to systematic change and drive organizational growth. From managing work relationships, educational outcomes, against the odds of external forces of employee-burnout, to creating leverage through corporate social change to increase career lifecycle, this book is designed to affirm the leader within. ![]() Free Download Lead Like You Mean It: Lessons on Integrity and Purpose from the C-Suite by Laysha Ward English | February 18, 2025 | ISBN: 0593653939 | True EPUB | 240 pages | 0.9 MB A groundbreaking, inspiring, and holistic new approach to leadership from one of the top woman C-suite executives in the nation ![]() Free Download Le Cavalier de Notre-Dame de Éric Crubézy Français | 22 janvier 2025 | ISBN: 2415011096 | True EPUB | 368 pages | 6.8 MB À Notre-Dame de Paris, après l'incendie, un cercueil de plomb est exhumé, moulé sur un corps sans nom ni inscription. Maziasz , John P. Hayes English | PDF | 1992 | 176 Pages | ISBN : 0792391829 | 15.4 MB The layout of an integrated circuit (lC) is the process of assigning geometric shape, size and position to the components (transistors and connections) used in its fabrication. Since the number of components in modem ICs is enormous, computer aided-design (CAD) programs are required to automate the difficult layout process. Prior CAD methods are inexact or limited in scope, and produce layouts whose area, and consequently manufacturing costs, are larger than necessary. This book addresses the problem of minimizing exactly the layout area of an important class of basic IC structures called CMOS cells. First, we precisely define the possible goals in area minimization for such cells, namely width and height minimization, with allowance for area-reducing reordering of transistors. We reformulate the layout problem in terms of a graph model and develop new graph-theoretic concepts that completely characterize the fundamental area minimization problems for series-parallel and nonseries-parallel circuits. These concepts lead to practical algorithms that solve all the basic layout minimization problems exactly, both for a single cell and for a one-dimensional array of such cells. Although a few of these layout problems have been solved or partially solved previously, we present here the first complete solutions to all the problems of interest. ![]() Free Download Lawrence Durrell's Poetry: A Rift in the Fabric of the World By Isabelle Keller-Privat 2019 | 338 Pages | ISBN: 1683930622 | EPUB | 1 MB This book offers the first in-depth analysis of Lawrence Durrell's entire poetic opus, from his early collections in the 1940s up to his last one published in 1973. Thirty years of Durrellian poetry are brought together in order to unveil the genesis of Durrell's writing, both poetic and fictional, drawing links to his novels and residence books, which he kept writing at the same time. Durrell thus appears as first and foremost one of the greatest late modernist poets whose literary and epistemological investigations are to be understood in the light of a worldwide network of literary brotherhoods including T. S. Eliot, Michael Fraenkel, Henry Miller, and David Gascoyne. Simultaneously, this book shows why Durrell must also be read as the heir to the greatest English romantic poets (Byron, Shelley, Keats, and Wordsworth) as well as to the French symbolists and modernists (from Baudelaire to Nerval, Valéry, and Cendrars). This comparative approach opens up a brand new perspective on Durrell that has not yet been broached by North American and English scholarship. The symbolic patterns, the stylistic ploys, and the aesthetic and philosophic tenets that characterize Durrell's poetics account for the necessary back-and-forth reading that connects prose and poetry, the fictional and the lyrical, the descriptive and the abstract. Poetry excerpts, extracts from his residence books, novels, and essays highlight not only Durrell's complex literary strategies but also the ontological quest of a writer who, although never at home with the world he lived in, strove to create a life-world, what semiologists call the "Umwelt." ![]() Free Download Law, Society and Corruption: Lessons from the Central Asian Context by Rustamjon Urinboyev, Måns Svensson English | 2025 | ISBN: 113859279X | 149 Pages | True PDF | 1.74 MB ![]() Free Download Law, Liberty And Church: Authority And Justice in the Major Churches in England (Ashgate New Critical Thinking in Religion, Theology, and Biblical Studies) By Gordon Arthur 2006 | 222 Pages | ISBN: 0754654370 | PDF | 1 MB Law, Liberty and Church examines the presuppositions that underlie authority in the five largest Churches in England - the Church of England, the Roman Catholic Church, the Methodist Church, the United Reformed Church and the Baptist Union. Examining what has influenced their development, and how the patterns of authority that exist today have evolved, Gordon Arthur explores the contributions of Scripture, Roman Legal Theory, and Greek Philosophy. This book shows how the influence of Roman legal theory has caused inflexibility, and at times authoritarianism in the Roman Catholic Church; it explores how the influence of reason and moderation has led the Church of England to focus on inclusiveness, often at the cost of clarity; it expounds the attempts of the Free Churches to establish liberty of conscience, leading them at times to a more democratic and individualistic approach. Finally Arthur offers an alternative view of authority, and sets out some of the challenges this view presents to the Churches. |
