Along with that is a general belief that the church will be spiritually safe. Even with the best intentions and efforts of spiritual leaders, they become spiritually infected and in turn, pass it on to the flock they care for. We would suggest that is what we have been witnessing with so many who have embraced Richard Rohr and the Enneagram he has delivered into the church through his disciples.
