Even the most intimate of human expressiveness is considered as a result of an active social relationality. Social dimensions of creativity (evaluation, primary socialization, motivation, leadership) and "creative processes" (creative attitude, creative gesture, divergent thinking, problem-solving capacity, interdisciplinary approach, randomness, algorithmic creativity) are also analysed. ![]() Free Download A. In particular, the continuities and discontinuities of the companies' ownership structure, operations and solvency are examined. Historical methods are used to advance the understanding of the attributed long-term orientation of family firms in family business research. The collected data of the 250 largest enterprises of 1958 provide the most comprehensive historical overview of the industrial landscape of this period. The long-term analyses show that more than half of the companies fail and less than a quarter keeps their ownership structure in the observation period of 60 years. In this timeframe, family-owned businesses have relatively stable ownership structures and superior survival rates compared to public companies although the latter experience higher growth rates. A listing of a family firm leads to the discontinuity of the family's majority ownership in the mid- to long-term. Furthermore, company types like foundation-owned enterprises and foreign subsidiaries show even higher survival rates. The book closes with practical implications based on the identified development patterns of the surviving and failed enterprises. ![]() Free Download The Contemporary Small Press: Making Publishing Visible by Georgina Colby, Kaja Marczewska English | 2021 | ISBN: 3030487830 | 292 Pages | True PDF | 5.84 MB ![]() Free Download The Constitutional Law of Bangladesh: Progression and Transformation at its 50th Anniversary by M Rafiqul Islam and Muhammad Ekramul Haque English | 2023 | ISBN: 9819925789 | 439 Pages | True PDF | 9.35 MB ![]() Free Download Dieter Grimm, "The Constitution of European Democracy" English | ISBN: 0198805128 | 2017 | 175 pages | PDF | 9 MB Europe is in crisis. With rising unrest among citizens of EU member states exemplified by the UK's decision to leave the EU, and the growing popularity of anti-EU political parties, Dieter Grimm presents the argument that Europe has to change its method of further integration or risks failure. This book, containing essays many of which have not been published in the English language to date, explores how the EU has become over-constitutionalized. Grimm argues that this has left the EU with a democratic deficit leading to the alienation of citizens. ![]() Free Download Roger Brown, "The Conservative Counter-Revolution in Britain and America 1980-2020" English | ISBN: 3031091418 | 2022 | 157 pages | PDF | 3 MB This book assesses the impacts of the right within the US and UK, forty years on from their initial effects upon economic and social orthodoxies. It argues thatone way of understanding the main developments in the political economies of the major Anglophone countries during these decades is to see them as a conservative reaction to the New Deal and the Welfare State, and the associated growth in state intervention, expenditure and regulation. The recent rise in 'authoritarian populism' can be seen as a popular response to the policies associated with this reaction, the response being exploited by populist demagogues like Donald Trump, Boris Johnson and Marine Le Pen. Written in a lively and engaging manner, this book will be of interest to academics and students in politics, economics, sociology and contemporary history, as well as general readers. |
