Free Download Inspired by dаta: AI's Transformative Role in Corporate Communication
English | 2024 | ISBN: B0CVNHVZN6 | Pages: 330 | EPUB (True) | 531.53 KB
This book is an exploration of the transformative potential of artificial intelligence, and in particular generative AI, across the corporate communications landscape. It provides practical guidance on how to use these technologies as tools while emphasizing the irreplaceable value of human creativity, empathy, and responsibility. Unlike past technological shifts that focused on efficiency, AI is opening new creative frontiers. Commercial realms once shaped by human intuition and emotions can now harness data patterns while preserving core values of authenticity and meaning. However, as AI permeates communication channels from internal memos to press releases, ethical risks intensify. Establishing oversight and recognizing human judgment as the compass becomes vital. With insights from experts and case studies across industries, this guide aims to spark a movement where corporate communication is not beholden to machines but liberated by them, using data as inspiration rather than chains. It reminds readers of technology' s role as an enabler of distinctly human capacities such as storytelling, leadership, and ethical responsibility in business.

Free Download Marie Schwimmer, "Inspire Responsibly: The Interplay between Aspirational Talk and Corporate Responsibility "
English | ISBN: 3658442387 | 2024 | 157 pages | EPUB | 1305 KB
Aspirational talk has gained increasing research attention as a compelling concept theoretically explaining the potential of talk-action discrepancies in corporate responsibility communication to instigate organizational change. Under certain conditions, aspirational talk can facilitate discourse, agreement, reframing, and corporate reflexivity. However, perceived talk-action discrepancies can negatively affect organizational members, leading to disengagement, and demotivation, causing emotional exhaustion, exposing employees to vulnerabilities, and even catalyzing unethical or illicit behaviors. Thus, this book focuses on how aspirational talk becomes irresponsible in an organizational context, and how it can be avoided. The author proposes that aspirational talk becomes irresponsible if it creates expectations that lead to illegitimate harm to employees or involved stakeholders. A framework is derived, constituting the finding that it takes two types of investments into performativity and responsibility conditions, to avoid the irresponsible use of aspirational talk - and thus, to inspire responsibly.

Free Download William T. Pink, "Innovative School Reforms: International Perspectives on Reimagining Theory, Policy, and Practice for the Future "
English | ISBN: 3031648994 | 2024 | 382 pages | EPUB | 1528 KB
This book is a curated collection of international chapters focused on the reform of K-12 schools. Three key, yet different cultural, economic, and political settings are highlighted: Australia, the UK, and the US. Within their own context, each author details the required reforms that would maximize learning for all students. The intersectionalities of factors such a race, gender, class, ethnicity, disability, language, and economic inequities, are interrogated for their impact on the efficacy of reform strategies. Authors explore both a range of dysfunctional factors which have historically limited the efficacy of school reform initiatives, and detail a variety of forward-looking and cutting edge alternative reforms. Thus, this text can serve to stimulate a much need dialogue about the reconceptualization of schools in the future. Moreover, the cross-cultural analysis can focus this dialogue on both the similarities and differences in varying cultural settings.
