Avec de nombreuses illustrations et figures très bien faites. À conseiller à toutes celles et ceux qui s'intéressent à la théorie et/ou pratique du Kung Fu traditionnel, sans toutefois se laisser abuser par les méthodes soi-disant miracle pour devenir une sorte de guerrier invincible. À noter qu'on n'y trouve pas de planches sur le Kung Fu Wu Shu, seulement une brève évocation du Kung Fu moderne, qui n'est pas le Kung Fu traditionnel.
