Die Autorin stellt fest, daß mittelbare Straftatfolgen letztlich auf allen drei Ebenen strafmildernd berücksichtigt werden können. Bezüglich der ersten beiden Varianten erfolgt eine vertiefte Auseinandersetzung mit der Frage, ob für den Ausgleich von Schuld auch Gesichtspunkte von Bedeutung sein können, die keinen Einfluß auf das Maß des verschuldeten Unrechts oder das Maß der Vorwerfbarkeit des Täterhandels haben, was im Ergebnis bejaht wird.
