Dieses Buch erzählt Erfahrungen, die ich während der spirituellen Forschung gemacht habe, die in meinem Buch ›Michaelisches Yoga - Sich selbst einen neuen ätherischen Leib und ätherische Individualität schaffen‹ veröffentlicht wurde. Normalerweise geht es mir darum, die objektiven Ergebnisse meiner Forschung zu kommunizieren und nicht das, was ich dabei erlebt habe. Aber eine objektive Beschreibung, was die Seele während der geistigen Forschung durchmacht, kann für das Studium der Anthroposophie und für diejenigen, die den geistigen Weg selbst gehen, wertvoll sein. Durch treue Arbeit, so schreibt der Autor, kann der geisteswissenschaftliche Weg zu einem lebendigen spirituellen Wesen werden - einem Freund in den Bereichen von Seele und Geist. Dieses Wesen kann zu einer spirituellen Gemeinschaft oder Schule erblühen. Man kann sich mit dieser spirituellen Schule einschließlich dem eigenen Lehrer unterhalten und gemeinsam etwas erschaffen. Im Jahre 2012 wurde Ben-Aharon mit einem Hindernis in seiner Forschungsarbeit konfrontiert. Nachdem er sich alleine durchgeschlagen hatte, spürte er, dass er ohne seine Kollegen aus der geistigen Welt nicht weiterkommen würde. Die intimen Seelenerfahrungen, die in diesem Buch beschrieben werden, fanden während eines Treffens mit ihnen statt - einem festlichen Anlass mit einer engagierten Gemeinschaft von spirituellen Wesen.
