The Peregrine Labs development team is pleased to announce the availability of Yeti 4.2.0, is node based tool for creating instanced feathers, fur, or hair within Autodesk Maya. This update include many new exciting features, updates and bugfixes.

Changes & Bug Fixes
- updated to V-Ray 6.0.
- dropping support for Maya 2020
- Clarisse module now ships with Maya 2022 and 2023 distribution.
- Redshift extension supports more than 2 deformation blur steps.
- refactored how the dynamic system handles stiffness for more accurate results.
- added Barb Tear Seed to the feather shape UI which can be overridden in the graph by modifying the feather_barb_tear_seed attribute (uniform float).
- added Barb Width control to Feather shape UI to provide an overall modulation of the feather width curve.
- added textures parameter to pgYetiCacheInfo which will return a list of files used by any texture nodes in a cache.
