Hit hard by the COVID pandemic-recession, motorcycle-mechanic Dillan Damir treks into the East Village in Manhattan where he meets shady-gun-runner, Mikey Malin. Dillan tows Mikey's bike to the Bronx, and Mikey stiffs Dillan. Presented with an opportunity to make up for the loss, Dillan attends Mikey's Union Square Park protest and a street party in the Bronx. When Mikey introduces Dillan to a gang-leader Muprit, Dillan fights to survive against impossible odds.
