Welcome to this brand-new book, featuring 100 fun mental arithmetic puzzles for children.
These puzzles are the perfect way for your children to practice their mental maths in an enjoyable way, outside of the confines of a text book.
The rules are simple: each puzzle contains a box of numbers, and you must work out which of the three numbers in each box add up to the total provided with each puzzle. As such it's a great way not only to practice adding up, but also helps with various tasks that help this such as looking at the final digits of numbers and working out which of these can possibly be used to add up to the given total.
Some puzzles are naturally easier than others, whilst some are a little harder, but all are meant to be accessible for any children who would like to practice and improve their mental maths, most likely in the 6-9 age range as a guide.
