The problem of combining Quantum Mechanics with General Relativity is at the forefront of modern physics. The Unified Theory of Mechanics proposed here presents one solution to this problem. The theory starts with four simple postulates which enable it to derive the key results of Relativity, Newtonian Mechanics, and Quantum Mechanics, in a wholly consistent manner across all scales. The theory produces results fully in agreement with known science, as well as predicting a number of results outside the range of current understanding, for example, the seasonal variation in radioactive decay observed in some isotopes; the increase in the rate of expansion for the universe; Dark Flow; the pioneer anomaly; as well as explanations for the arrow of time and the different arrival times for long and short wavelength radiation in gamma ray bursts. Quantum gravity is found to exist in three forms, sometimes resulting in repulsion, and singularities are shown not to exist. The beauty of the arguments presented here is that they are easily understandable by the general reader. At the same time, this is a serious work which I hope professional scientists will review and circulate.
