There are many ways in which you can improve your oral communication.
1. Speak Speak and Speak
Yes. You have to speak in English all the time. I can understand that you cannot speak English all the time but try to speak more often. Speaking will make you fluent and will help you to get command over your communication.
2. Think in English
Think in English. Talk to yourself in English. When you think and talk to yourself in English it will help you drastically. I had done the same thing. I used to talk to myself in English and think in English ONLY.
3. Find a regular English speaker.
By this I mean find someone who speaks more frequently in English. It is hard to find, I understand that. What I did was I had made a deal with my friend for mutual learning. The deal was to talk in English only. And who ever fails to do so will have to give a small treat in the canteen. So that really helped.
4. Listen to Podcasts
There are many podcast available on YouTube in English. Go and listen to those. They will help you a lot.
5. Start Reading.
Start reading newspaper or a book. The reason why I'm saying this is because it will help you to frame your sentences beautifully which will give you a lot of confidence.
Try all these for at least 4-5 months and then you will see the difference. And yes don't give up in between.
