Nouns and Adjectives (Mastering English Grammar Book 1)

We use nouns to name the things in the world-in fact, the words nouns, things, and world are all nouns. We use adjectives to describe those things.
Here are three adjective-noun relationships, with adjectives to the left and nouns to the right:
--proper nouns
--precious things
--panoramic world
Because the relationship between adjectives and nouns is such a close one, we couple them together here in this book.
This book is comprised of a chapter on nouns, a chapter on adjectives, and a chapter containing test questions based on the lessons in the book.
Each lesson concludes with a Your Turn-a practice exercise with which you can check your learning. Answers to all exercise and test questions are included in the book.
