Chic - Pursuing Health And Transformation while Creating Habits Intended for Change), Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist & Life HealthCoach, I understand the stigma of not fitting the mode of today's culture and what society deems as norm and can personally relate to the challenges that you may face on a daily basis. I can understand the frustration that you may be dealing with because I have been frustrated too. You have come to the right place to receive the help that you need which will enable you to be the healthiest and best version of you.
