Fundamentals of Writing Four-part Harmony

A great way to begin learning the fundamentals of four-part harmony is to study four-part vocal writing. Even if you do not intend to write for voice, much of what you learn in four-part vocal writing can also be applied to instrumental music.
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS COURSE?

A basic knowledge of music theory and music composition. If you do not already have a rudimentary understanding of music theory and music composition, it is recommended that you take a theory and composition course before beginning this course.
