The Curry Story from Thailand!

Thai curries are prepared with curry pastes, which can be non-vegetarian or vegetarian. The non-veg pastes can have seafood, chicken, or other meat. The paste can also have garlic, lemongrass, onions, chilies, and various herbs, which provide an attractive aroma. Most of these curries are usually cooked in coconut milk.
Red Thai curry is prepared with dried red chili, soaked to remove its harshness. Soaking also adds an excellent flavor. The chilies you will find in Thailand can be hotter than those from India, depending on where they were grown. The Green Thai curry is similar to the red variety, except for its color from the country's green chilies. The green curries also contain coriander, lime leaf, and basil.
