Ron Osborne is the founder and CEO of Bitterroot Holdings and president of Cedar Creek Wealth, both based in Eagle, Idaho. Born into extreme poverty, Ron didn't want to be held back by the mindset of his family and local community. He spent years learning how to change his thoughts and actions so that he, his kids, and his grandkids could lead a different life. In 1997 Ron co-founded Western Benefit Solutions, an insurance brokerage, and grew it into a successful employee benefit brokerage firm headquartered in Idaho with clients all around the United States. In 2012, he sold the company and founded the highly successful business Bitterroot Holdings, which focuses almost exclusively on self-storage commercial real estate. Ron currently lives in Meridian, Idaho, with his beautiful wife, Carla. They have four amazing adult children and six grandchildren.
