BASICS Lean® Assess/Analyze: A Guide to Process Flow Analysis, Work Flow Analysis, and Changeover Analysis explores the tools used to assess and analyze the process. It includes the three tools: mapping the product flow, documenting the full work of the operator and implement SMED or changeover reduction.
