Liang Zhao, Ph.D., is Professor of Bioengineering and Therapeutic Sciences at University of California, San Francisco, following his role as the Director of Division of Quantitative Methods and Modeling (DQMM), Office of Research and Standards, Office of Generic Drugs, CDER/FDA.
