Need more fiber in your diet? Want to eat more whole grains? Do you have issues with wheat? Do you love bread and cookies and brownies? Then this book is probably for you! This is a book all about baking, everything from yeast bread to croissants, cookies to crackers, cakes to cinnamon rolls, even pasta and tortillas and it is all home kitchen tested and very edible and doesn't even break the budget. Even if you love wheat, you can eat whole grain baked goods that don't taste like cardboard and aren't hard to make. These are not 'healthy' recipes except in being wheat free (good for those with wheat issues) and being a good source of fiber and whole grains.
