Straight out of London, UK and established in 2014, Pogo House Records delivers a modern Garage House vibe. Heavily influenced by the 90s oldskool House and Garage with a Raw Underground, Deep House feel. Pogo Deep Vol. 1 collection with many interesting tracks! While classic Chicago house music has a very strong funk influence, Garage House music is heavily influenced by soul music. Its more vocally and melody driven, and may be noted as having a disco influence as well. This style was popular in the early 1990s, up to and including around 1994. In the European record shops, it was one the first style available on the market due to the better distribution from New-Yorker labels as Nervous or Strictly Rhythm on the club circuit. A good Chicago answer was held by Cajmere on his label Cajual Records.
