8Dio Studio Steel Drum - an extreme a steel drum with a deep sample.
The tool consists of more than 55 000 samples, 5 of these vintage microphone positions 2 world-class reverb (Bricasti & TC6000). 8Dio Studio Steel Drum has been designed specifically for 8Dio. We wanted to make a tool covering all ranges from low to high frequencies, but put them into a single steel drum. We tried several types of hammers tool (for example, a beater, a felt hammer, brush, nails, rattles, effects, and so on. D.) Up to 10 velocity layers and 10 repetitions.
We recorded an instrument with four vintage microphones, including Neumann, Neve, Coles, Royers. Also included mixed microphone, which is loaded as the default setting. Everything was carefully recorded and processed in 24-bit / 96k in our British studio through the historic custom table Neve, and then was carefully reduced to 48k to facilitate streaming. Main content has been obtained via any type of hammers from rubber and felt mallets hammers to the hands and wrists. In addition, we tried to prepared and shock methods. All of which with a few speakers and repetitions to allow maximum realism. In addition to all this, the library gives you full control over the dynamic response and sound quality, so that the ideal sound can be dialed just for you. We have included full control over the resonance tone of the room, the response of the keyboard and a transitional form.
