PR 11353599: When signing in on a second device, Solid Edge X will not run after clicking Yes to transfer the session.
PR 11381883: Licensing tool not working on Solid Edge 2025 Update 11.
===Part/Profile/Sheetmetal===
PR 11386524: While working on a Solid Edge file, it becomes read-only and cannot be saved.
PR 11361932: The 'Wrap Sketch' result shows an unexpected offset if the line crosses a tangent edge.
PR 11374370: Solid Edge crashes when opening dwg as a part sketch.
PR 11380674: A file containing Thai characters in the Text profile cannot be opened.
