Imaginando VS combines layered visual composition with MIDI and audio-driven modulation. Up to eight polyphonic visual layers can be used with blend modes, with each layer supporting four voices. Sources can include shaders, audio visualizers, images, video, and text, providing different ways to construct responsive visual scenes.
The application includes a built-in shader editor for creating custom materials, along with multiple modulation systems. Four multi-shape LFOs provide synchronization and MIDI triggering, while MIDI-triggered envelope generators and audio-triggered modulators can control visual behavior according to musical or audio input.
