Autodesk AutoCAD 2023.1.5 & LT 2023.1.5 Update

The following defects have been fixed:
- Reusing PC3 files now creates the same page sizes as expected.
- Block data with custom properties now displays the correct property values.
- Arabic text now maintains consistency when Descriptionted to PDF files in certain drawings.
- PDF external references display at the correct scale in paper space.
- The AutoCAD Web & Mobile plugin can now be downloaded successfully.
