What's new in AlphaCAM 2026.1
- The Cut 3D Path command is now more powerful and easier to use, resulting in improved solid model support with direct application of 5-axis toolpaths and improved workflow.
- AlphaCAM 2026.1 provides a way to remove loose scrap and offcuts that would naturally fall away in real machining, resulting in a more realistic simulation environment and collision reporting. This allows users to clean up unwanted remnant material before saving part models or stock models for generating subsequent rest‑machining toolpaths.
- AlphaCAM 2026.1 offers improved support for rotary 4th‑axis part machining and is the first in a new suite of rotary 4th‑axis and lathe‑axis toolpaths.
