CSI ETABS 23.3.0 Build 4545 | 1.3 Gb

CSI ETABS is a structural analysis and design application developed for the modeling and evaluation of multi-story buildings. It provides an integrated environment where engineers can define structural layouts, assign loads, and perform analysis within a grid-based workflow optimized for building-type structures.

The software is widely used in structural engineering practices for designing residential, commercial, and high-rise buildings. It supports both simple and advanced structural systems, allowing users to assess performance under static and dynamic conditions using established engineering methods.

ETABS is designed to streamline the entire workflow from modeling to analysis and design verification. It combines calculation tools, code-based design checks, and visualization features to support structural evaluation under various load scenarios, including seismic and wind effects

ETABS v23.3.0 now adds adds concrete and PT slab design per CSA A23.3:2024, auto wind loading per KDS 41 12 00:2022 with automated Gust factor and optional cross-wind and torsional effects, and new Story Inertial Forces output tables. Enhancements also include SQLite format export for database tables, .NET 10 API access via COM, updated section-cut behavior when calculating forces for auto-meshed areas, improved loading calculation performance during element model generation, and alphabetical sorting of load cases and combinations throughout the program.

ETABS 23.3.0 Enhancements - Date: 2-Jul-2026

Key Features:

  • Integrated modeling environment for multi-story building structures
  • Grid-based workflow tailored for structural engineering projects
  • Supports static, dynamic, and advanced nonlinear analysis methods
  • Code-based design checks for reinforced concrete and steel systems
  • Wind load automation with regional code compliance options
  • Seismic analysis using modal and response spectrum methods
  • Nonlinear modeling with plastic hinges and fiber elements
  • Advanced result extraction tools including story-level force reporting
  • Database export options including SQLite format support
  • API access for automation and custom engineering workflows

Design
Concrete and post-tensioned slab design has been updated to support CSA A23.3:2024 provisions, improving compatibility with current Canadian structural design standards.

Loading
Wind load generation has been enhanced with support for KDS 41 12 00:2022, including automated gust factor calculation and optional cross-wind and torsional effects depending on structural configuration.

Structural Model
A new Story Inertial Forces output table has been introduced, allowing direct extraction of floor-level inertial forces for modal and response spectrum cases without relying on manual section-cut workflows.

Application Programming Interface (API)
The API now supports .NET 10 clients via COM integration, extending compatibility with modern development environments and automation pipelines.

Output and Display
Section Cut processing has been refined for auto-meshed area objects. When all defining joints are included, internal elements and generated joints are now automatically accounted for in force calculations.

What's New:

  • Added concrete and PT slab design support for CSA A23.3:2024
  • Introduced automated wind loading per KDS 41 12 00:2022
  • Added gust factor calculation for rigid and flexible structures
  • Optional cross-wind and torsional effects in wind analysis
  • New Story Inertial Forces output table for floor-level results
  • SQLite export support for database tables
  • .NET 10 compatibility via COM-based API access
  • Improved performance in element model generation loading calculations
  • Updated section-cut behavior for auto-meshed area objects
  • Alphabetical sorting of load cases and combinations throughout the interface
