MuteMic 1.0 macOS

MuteMic has several options to automate this process for you.
Checking the "Mute when app is launched or brought forward" box will automatically mute the microphone and optionally disable the camera on your computer whenever the app is first launched or brought to the front.
Checking the "Do not unmute when app is closed" box will keep the microphone and optionally the camera from being reenabled on your computer when you quit the app. Leave this box unchecked to have the microphone and optionally the camera reenabled when the app is closed.
Checking the "Force Mute (mute input when volume is increased by other app)" box will have MuteMic keep things muted even if some other app attempts to reenable the microphone or camera. MuteMic must remain open for this feature to function.
Checking the "Also Disable Camera" box will also allow MuteMic to disable the camera. *** IMPORTANT: Any open apps that use the camera will need to be restarted for camera changes to be in effect. *** Leave this box unchecked if you only want MuteMic to work with the microphone.
Checking the "Beep when muting/unmuting" box will give an audio indication of any changes to the settings. When the microphone and optionally the camera are disabled, you will hear a single beep. When enabled, you will hear a double beep.
