Requirements

❗ Basic Power BI Desktop experience: you should be able to open a .pbix file, load data, and create a simple visual
❗ Familiarity with project scheduling concepts: WBS, milestones, float, actual %, and schedule variance
❗ Working knowledge of pharmaceutical C&Q project structure (IQ/OQ/PQ phases, GxP context) is strongly recommended
❗ Access to MSP or exported MSP data is a plus but not mandatory — sample data is provided

This practical course shows you how to transform your own Microsoft Project data into clear and decision-focused Power BI dashboards.
You will follow a complete workflow from Microsoft Project to Excel and Power BI. You will prepare the data, transform it with Power Query, create DAX calculations and build several dashboards for different project-control needs.

You are encouraged to follow the lessons using your own Microsoft Project schedule. This allows you to apply the techniques directly to a real project instead of depending on the instructor's dataset.
