AloMoves - Deepen Your Backbends [2020]

This series is a physical and energetic exploration of the backbending practice. You'll tap into your heart space and explore the emotions that arise while deepening your flexibility in six peak backbends: Wild Thing, Camel, King Pigeon, Wheel, King Dancer, and Bow. Each peak pose features a drill class and a full-length flow, and there are two meditations to help you tune into your emotions. With backbending, it's important to meet yourself where you are each time you step on the mat. Resolve to show up in a gentle way and be patient with yourself as your journey unfolds.
