This practice-based introduction to Primal Vinyasa with Annie Adamson will help you unlearn habitual movement patterns and transition into more intuitive and authentic physical expressions-both on the mat and in daily life.
In this program you'll explore the fundamental components of Primal Vinyasa, and you'll get five short (10- to 30-minute) Primal Vinyasa classes. These playful yet informative sequences will expand your relationship to asana by introducing you to a range of movements rarely seen in your average yoga class.
