Browsers have come a long way from where they were 20 years ago. Heck, they have come a long way since 5 years ago! This course will focus on learning the core languages and tools for web development. We will be using HTML, CSS and JS without a framework. The goal of this course is to better understand the core tools and language of the web and see what the browser natively has to offer.
This is a living course meaning that more content will be added and existing content will be updated to stay up to date with the latest tools and features that are brought to the browser. The reason why this is a TODO app is due to the simplicity of a TODO app. At it's simplest form a TODO app lets you create a list of todos and remove them. From there we can loads of other neat features that will allow us to explore other features of the browser.
My hope is that this course will inspire you to explore what the browser offers natively before reaching for a framework. Frameworks offer a lot of good and power but there is overhead when using them. When using what the browser offers you gain speed and a smaller foot print for your apps.
