My name is Liliana Stefan and I am glad that you chose to take this course with me.

I am a romanian therapist of alternative and complementary therapies. I will present you some modern methods of alternative and complementary therapies, but also recommendations of herbs, oils and healing salts, coming directly from the heart of nature.

You will learn Yoga postures suitable for back muscle relaxation, then I will teach you how to use your own hands and their energy to relieve pain.

In addition, you will be able to access the latest and most modern techniques for dealing with pain: procedures in myofascial therapy, accessing trigger points, but also how you can use semiprecious stones as a therapeutic element, as well as the connection between your emotions and pain.

All of these therapeutic approaches have only one goal: to alleviate if not completely cure the usual back pain.

I will also show you a truly miraculous healing procedure, from the sphere of bodily approaches such as massage. It's called myofascial manipulation. If performed correctly, I assure you that 90% of the pain is already history.
