This series features three different blocks, each containing five rounds of work. In each round, you'll take on warm-ups, lead into the main event, and finish off with a three-minute AMRAP. You'll face each new challenge like a champ as the sequences get harder and the intensity progresses throughout the series. Whether you're new to boxing basics or you're a seasoned pro, you'll leave each session feeling strong, sweaty, and confident.
