Description
This is a short course in Art Therapy. We look at Art Therapy itself and then go through some art therapy exercises.
That is just the warm up section.
Then comes a series of short lectures with each lecture centred round a particular exercise. You are asked to do the exercise and then to answer various reflective questions.
Ideally you'd share the exercise and the answers to the questions -0 but just the exercise itself will do! The key is to do the exercise and then discuss.
Process not so much the product.

There is also an extended section on collages.
So - a lot here but not taking up too much of your time! Of course, as the course evolves it may become a lot longer - one of my courses started at 3 hours and is now 87!

2. Are they then discussed?
3. What about the workbooks?
4. How many active students are there?
5. Are people ENJOYING the course?
The more of the exercises and various processes are done, the more you will learn and the more you will enjoy the course. This is NOT a course where you just sit and watch some videos. Art Therapy is about 'doing' - you have been so advised!
