In this course, sport and dance styles are taught, so that you can learn how to stretch and bend the human body. In this course, my focus is on the anatomy of the human body, and for this reason, I have avoided going into the details of the head, face, and body. One of the main advantages of this course is teaching basic anatomy design with geometric shapes and then details are added to the initial design to complete the anatomy.
