Build your body confidence, allow yourself to be be sexy, flirty and sassy, but in the same time have a fun workout.I will show a fun dance routine that will help you to indulge your feminine energy.Each section will have a step by step guidance firstly with count and then with music. You will also have a preview of whole routine and each section separately.And if you are shy to do it at dance studio the best part that you can learn it at the comfort of your own home. Once you master the routine you will be able to show it to your girlfriends or your other half.You will need:some space to dance with no sharp objects aroundcomfortable clothing, preferably something pretty to be inspiredsocks, ballet shoes or even barefoot is the best way for practice. I wouldn't recommend to start with high heels,because first we will need to create body memoryBoa or a simple scarf but at least 1.8m longMirror to see yourself of camera for recordingPatience to repeat sections as many times as you need Also you will be able to get a feedback from me. Just film your best attempt of dancing, send it to me and I will respond to you within a week to make your dance even better!
