This is a short course - but deliberately so! The course is for people new to Art Therapy. People 'thinking' about dabbling...curious....not sure what Art Therapy is all about but would-like-to-have-a-go.We start slowly.The 'warm-up' stage.Some exercises.Some analysis.Some discussion.Some homeworkSome reading and experimenting.We look...we share...we discuss.Then we move to the main section - quick and fast...short and sweet....a number of lectures giving you art therapy exercises to do...questions to reflect on ...and the important thing is to share and comment...share and comment.These lectures are a little unusual as they were filmed on board a cruise ship touring Southern Spain - so there is a sense of 'holiday' about the lectures, the tasks - hopefully the 'relaxing contentment' is contagious!Yiou are given a series of exercises and then asked to (of course) DO the exercises and share your thoughts during the process...and then ask yourself reflective questions.
