Making sushi yourself is possible, it is a step that many people do not dare to take because they think that sushi is something very strict and disciplined only suitable for the most skilled after studying a 5-year master's degree in Japan. On the first video you can download a pdf with a shopping list, although as we insisted throughout the course we invite you to create and add or remove ingredients.The course is divided into three blocks, in the first we explain some basic notions and teach you how to prepare all the ingredients that you will then use in the second block to assemble and cut your rolls. In the third we will explain how to accompany that delicious sushi that you are going to cook :)
