In the course some techniques are tought to reduce your muscle soreness and stifness after heavy endurance training. The techniques that are used are trigger point massage, Jones techniques for trigger points, massage gun techniques, IASTM (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilizations) and foam rolling exercises. Also the basics of dry needling are explained and dry needling of the medial proximal gastrocnemius muscle is shown, but doing dry needling with no medical background is discouraged at all times.
