You will learn how to submit a offer on a home and the importance of a Home Inspection. You will learn what is involved in the closing process to include an appraisal that is ordered by the lender. You will also understand the different way to take possession of real property. Finally, you will learn the responsibilities of being a Homeowner. You will learn how to budget for major and minor repairs. You will also learn that it is sometimes best to hire a contractor and how to find a good one.
