My goal here is to fill the void I sense everywhere. We have not been taught how to feel our feelings. And we are all suffering. We're wandering around hurt and triggered. When all it takes is to cry that cry we've been holding onto for 30 years. But we just don't know how. In this course my attempt is to show you how to feel your feelings. Feelings are experienced in the body, not the mind. We spend most of our time trusting that our minds are in control and will take us home. Will provide for us. Logic will unfailingly serve us. And this is where we go wrong. We are hardwired for survival to avoid. Going up into our brains when our feelings are under threat is an avoidance tactic and we will never process our emotions and let them go if we go that way. If we run away into our minds and our logical thinking. How do we support ourselves to complete a healing event in the body mind so that we can breathe again, and walk away from pain? Walk away from pain and re-enter the present moment. What is really going on? How do we feel? Who are we? And how are we meant to evolve and grow on this earth? Take the time for you. It's a privilege to sit with yourself and hear the language of your body. You will be surprised and empowered by what you find there. And you will empower others with your bold choice to surrender into truth and power about who you are and who you are meant to be. In these videos I boldly go where no woman has gone before. on camera acknowledging my body's secrets to beat back shame and claim my strength. I do this to forge a path for feeling people to own their emotional power, with grace and hope, that if each one of us does this we can change the world to feel better. One emotional truth at a time.
