Its expressions and definitions are vast and although we are in contact with it every day, it can be difficult to articulate and construct in a manner that guides us. This course draws out the understanding of leadership that resides deep within you and helps you to define it in a manner that gives shape to its purpose and practice in your life.In this course, you'll get an assessment, activities, stories and illustrations, and a next steps guide. You also get handouts, a facilitation guide for leading a group through this course, and videos to make the course as easy as possible for your team to walk through. It's everything you need for you or a team to get going and get growing. Let us do the work of providing the content. You do the work of becoming the leaders your team needs you to be.
