DISC Sub-factors and 3rd party inputs are critical for an executive coach's knowledge base due to the following reasons: Enhanced Understanding of Behavior: DISC is widely used in executive coaching to assess behavioral tendencies. However most DISC assessments do not cover DISC Sub-factors at all. This is one of the richest coaching areas in terms of impact and profitability. Conversations about DISC Sub-factors set professional coaches apart. This knowledge is a bankable asset! By delving into the 12 DISC Sub-factors, coaches gain a deeper understanding of their clients' unique behavioral preferences and tendencies, strengths, weakness, motivators and challenges, and areas for development.
