In this course, we will explore the profound philosophical and ethical principles known as the Yamas, which form the first limb of the eightfold path of Yoga as described by Patanjali in the Yoga Sutras.The Yamas are universal moral restraints that guide practitioners towards harmonious and ethical living. They provide a framework for cultivating a deep sense of self-awareness, compassion, and integrity in our interactions with ourselves, others, and the world around us.Throughout this course, you will have the opportunity to engage in insightful and transformative Dharma Talks.
