The amazing thing is, that meditation gave me so much more, so much more than I could have ever imagined. The guided meditations included in this course have a purpose. I love to meditate with a purpose, to actually use the time during my meditation wisely and get stuff done. That could be to change a habit, connect with "my happy place" or increase the love I feel for myself.
